When she is not producing out of this world latex balloon art, Carmen teaches professional event decorating at the Event Decorating Academy, Miami FL.

The Academy offers a full range of courses from beginner through advanced on topics such as fabric draping, theme props, lettering, balloon sculpture, floral design and much more. 

Individual one day classes are available as well as a comprehensive twelve day course held over two weeks.  Students who successfully complete the course and skill testing are awarded the Certified Event Decorator® designation.
